Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks a Director/VP of Commercial Lines to act as a national subject matter expert in Commercial Property & Casualty and agency operations. The role partners with senior leadership to drive workflow standardization, process improvements, and operational scalability across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have an active P&C license, 5–7+ years in Commercial Lines operational leadership at a large brokerage, and CPCU/CIC designation or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation (or equivalent) preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership experience within a large insurance brokerage or agency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with leadership to strengthen operations and performance.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
• Establish standardized workflows and best practices across the organization.
• Lead process improvements to increase productivity and reduce variation.
• Analyze staffing and service demands to support growth and capacity planning.
• Support M&A integration through operational assessments and alignment.
