Job summary
Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to serve as national subject matter expert in Commercial Property & Casualty insurance and agency operations. This leader partners with regional teams to advance objectives, standardize workflows, and drive scalable processes.
The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years in commercial lines leadership, active P&C license, CPCU/CIC preferred, and EPIC experience.
Qualifications
- 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership experience within a large insurance brokerage or agency.
- Experience with workflow standardization and process optimization.
- Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
- Active P&C license and professional designations are strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with regional leadership.
- Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
- Standardize workflows, procedures, and best practices across the organization.
- Lead process improvement and productivity initiatives.
- Support M&A integration efforts and operational transformation.
