The ideal candidate will bring 5–7+ years of leadership in a large insurance brokerage, active P&C license, and CPCU/CIC designation is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license.
• CPCU or CIC designation preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines leadership in a large brokerage/agency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with regional leadership.
• Identify and implement scalable workflow and process improvements.
