Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to lead nationwide operations in a fully remote-capable role. The candidate will partner with executives to standardize workflows, optimize processes, and drive performance across the Commercial P&C book.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation (or equivalent).
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership within a large broker/agency.
• Expertise in Commercial P&C operations, workflows, servicing models, and optimization.
• Experience with workflow standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, and integration initiatives.
• Applied EPIC experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with leadership to strengthen operations.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable, efficient solutions.
• Standardize workflows, procedures, and best practices across the organization.
• Lead process improvements to boost productivity and consistency.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze staffing, workload, and service demands for capacity planning.
• Support M&A integration initiatives and workflow alignment.
• Provide guidance on agency operations, workflows, and systems.
• Collaborate with producers, operations, and leadership to drive change.
• Promote EPIC, reporting tools, and technology to improve performance.
