Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national operations and drive performance across agency teams. This role requires P&C licensing, top-tier leadership, and deep knowledge of commercial lines workflows and servicing models.

Fully remote preferred with occasional on-site meetings; you will partner with senior leaders on strategy, process standardization, M&A integration, and technology optimization to deliver exceptional client service and shareholder

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation (or equivalent).
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large brokerage/agency.
• Strong expertise in Commercial P&C agency operations, workflows, servicing models, and process optimization.
• Experience with workflow standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, and operational integration initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with senior leadership.
• Drive operational excellence and standardized workflows across the organization.
• Lead workforce planning and capacity modeling for growth.
• Oversee process optimization and root-cause analysis for improvements.
• Support M&A integration initiatives and operational alignment.
• Collaborate with producers, operations, and leadership to ensure client satisfaction.
