Job summary
Insurance Office of America seeks a Director/VP, Commercial Lines to lead national operations and advance performance across our brokerage platform. You will partner with Divisional and Regional Leadership to standardize workflows, optimize processes, and support M&A integration while delivering exceptional client service and shareholder value.
Ideal candidates hold an active Property & Casualty license, CPCU/CIC designation, and 5–7+ years of leadership in Commercial Lines at a large agency,
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty License required.
- CPCU and/or CIC designation strongly preferred.
- 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership experience within a large insurance brokerage or agency.
- Strong expertise in Commercial P&C agency operations, workflows, servicing models, and process optimization.
- Experience with workflow standardization, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Commercial Lines operations initiatives to strengthen service delivery and performance.
- Lead workflow standardization across the organization and establish best practices.
- Drive process optimization to increase productivity and reduce variation.
- Perform workforce planning to support growth and capacity needs.
- Support mergers & acquisitions initiatives through operational integration and alignment.
