Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks a Director/VP, Commercial Lines to act as a national expert in Commercial P&C and agency operations. The role partners with leadership to drive workflow standardization, operational excellence, and strategic initiatives across the brokerage.

A strong focus on M&A integration and capacity planning supports growth and shareholder value. The ideal candidate has a P&C license, CPCU/CIC or equivalents, and 5–7+ years in a large agency setting.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation (or equivalent) preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large brokerage/agency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines operations strategy with divisional leadership.
• Identify and implement scalable workflows and processes to improve efficiency and client outcomes.
• Standardize workflows, procedures, and best practices across the organization.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce variation.
• Analyze staffing models and capacity to support growth and excellence.
• Support M&A integration through operational assessments and planning.
• Provide guidance on agency operations, workflows, and technology.
