Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national operations, focusing on workflow standardization, performance, and M&A integration. This role partners with leadership to optimize client service and profitability, with a strong emphasis on EPIC, reporting tools, and scalable processes.

Remote work is preferred with Central Time Zone hours; on-site work within 50 miles of a branch may be required. Active P&C license and 5–7+ years in a large brokerage are required.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large brokerage.
• Experience with workflow standardization and process optimization.
• Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with leadership to improve operations and performance.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions for efficiency and client outcomes.
• Establish standardized Commercial Lines workflows, procedures, and best practices.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce variation.
• Evaluate issues, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions.
• Analyze staffing, workloads, and service demands to support growth and capacity planning.
• Align managed services with organizational goals and resources.
• Provide guidance on agency operations, workflows, and systems.
