Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national operations with a focus on workflow standardization, process optimization, and strategic advisory support for producers and leadership. This senior role requires strong expertise in Commercial P&C operations, M&A integration, and transformation initiatives, with remote work centered on Central Time Zone.

The ideal candidate will have an active P&C license, CPCU/CIC designation preferred, and 5–7+ years of leadership

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership experience within a large brokerage or agency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines initiatives with Divisional/Regional leaders.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
• Establish standardized workflows and best practices across the organization.
• Lead process improvements to boost productivity and client outcomes.
• Perform root cause analysis and drive sustainable improvements.
• Analyze staffing models to support growth and capacity planning.
