Job summary
Insurance Office of America seeks a Director, Commercial Lines to lead nationwide operations, standardize workflows, and drive transformational programs across the agency. The role partners with divisional and regional leaders to optimize efficiency, service delivery, and profitability in a complex, matrixed environment.
The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years of senior Commercial Lines leadership, active P&C license, and CPCU/CIC designations.
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty license required.
- CPCU and/or CIC designation (or equivalent) preferred.
- 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large brokerage/agency.
- Strong expertise in Commercial P&C agency operations, workflows, servicing models, and process optimization.
- Experience with workflow standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Commercial Lines operations strategy with senior leadership.
- Identify and implement scalable workflow improvements to boost efficiency and client outcomes.
- Lead workforce planning, capacity modeling, and resource management.
- Align with Managed Services to optimize resource utilization and performance.
- Serve as national SME on Commercial P&C operations, processes, and best practices.
- Support M&A integration through operational assessments and workflow alignment.
- Collaborate with producers and leadership to drive engagement and accountability.
