Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation (or equivalent).
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large brokerage or agency.
• Strong expertise in agency operations, workflows, servicing models, and optimization.
• Experience with workflow standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience performing root cause analysis and sustainable improvements.
• Workforce planning, capacity modeling, and resource management experience.
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, and operational integration.
• EPIC experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines initiatives with leadership to boost operations and performance.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable, high-impact solutions.
• Standardize workflows, procedures, and best practices across the organization.
• Lead process improvements to increase productivity and reduce variation.
• Analyze root causes and implement corrective actions for sustainable change.
• Plan staffing, workload distribution, and capacity to support growth.
• Coordinate with Managed Services to align resources with goals.
• Provide expert guidance on agency operations, workflows, and systems.
• Support M&A integration through assessments and alignment planning.
• Collaborate with producers, operations, and leadership to drive results.
• Optimize use of EPIC, reporting tools, and technology platforms.
• Track metrics and drive improvements through data-driven decisions.
• Lead change initiatives and promote adoption of new processes.
