Job summary

Insurance Office of America in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to serve as a national SME in Commercial P&C and agency operations, partnering with leadership to drive standardization, efficiency, and growth.

The role requires 5–7+ years of ops leadership in a large brokerage, an active P&C license (CPCU/CIC preferred), EPIC experience, and the ability to guide M&A integration and workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation (or equivalent).
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership experience within a large insurance brokerage or agency.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Divisional and Regional Leadership to develop and execute Commercial Lines initiatives.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions to improve efficiency and client outcomes.
• Establish and promote standardized Commercial Lines workflows and best practices across the organization.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce variation.
• Support merger and acquisition initiatives through operational assessments and integration planning.
• Promote effective utilization of EPIC and related technology to improve performance.
