VytlOne seeks a Director of Client Services to lead a senior account management team serving mid-market employers, TPAs, coalitions, and health systems. The role drives client retention, strategic renewal planning, and book-level profitability, translating complex pharmacy data into actionable client strategy while guiding client relationships and cross-functional collaboration.

Competenze

• 7+ years in pharmacy benefit management or related healthcare setting.
• Minimum 3 years in people management.
• PBM industry experience required.
• Experience managing TPA, coalitions, or self-funded employer accounts preferred.
• Strong relationship management and renewal negotiation skills.

Mansioni

• Own profitable renewal of assigned clients; develop strategy and negotiate with sponsors and consultants.
• Lead Annual Client Plans for each account: set goals, identify risk, document strategy, drive execution.
• Identify retention risks and escalate with action plans.
• Maintain client contract compliance and timely renewals and amendments.
• Develop pharmacy benefit performance analyses and strategic recommendations with SAEs.
