Job summary

ConnectureDRX seeks a Director of Health Plans to own the account relationship, serve as the primary executive for clients, and drive growth and retention without a dedicated support layer. The role is hands-on, requiring independent account management, data analysis, and proactive engagement.

The successful candidate will work remotely within the U.S., with 5–10% travel, and bring strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills to optimize client satisfaction and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant field.
• Analyst-caliber background with data-driven account insights ability (Excel/SQL/BI).
• 1–3 years in startup/lean, high-ownership environments.
• 2–4 years in Account Executive/Customer Success or similar client-facing roles.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the full account relationship for health plan clients and drive growth and retention.
• Run analyses, build client-ready materials, and deliver insights independently.
• Host webinars or sessions to enhance customers' product knowledge.
• Monitor renewals and pro-actively secure contract renewals.
