VytlOne is seeking a Senior Director, Pharmacy Analytics and Strategy to oversee MAC pricing, network pricing strategy, and analytics. You will lead complex financial modeling and develop reimbursement strategies with cross-functional teams to drive cost savings and better health outcomes for clients and members.

The role emphasizes oversight of MAC pricing, network reports, and pricing innovation in a remote-based position across the Continental US, with leadership in analytics and strategy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in Analytics including large data sets, MAC modeling, pharmacy / client Network management & reporting and process automation.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing strategy and financial models for MAC and network pricing.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to support network performance management.
• Support MAC/Network pricing consulting opportunities with financial models, data blending, and insights.
