Job summary
Claritas Rx is seeking a Director of Engineering to lead Solution Engineering and Customer Support Operations within our Customer Engineering organization. You will own technical engagement with customers before and after implementation, shaping the right solution during sales and ensuring high-quality support post go-live on the Ascend platform.
You will manage a blended team of onshore and offshore staff, partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Platform Engineering, and drive
Qualifications
- BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or other STEM field.
- 12+ years of experience in software or data engineering, including 5+ years leading engineering teams.
- Experience leading customer-facing technical teams and a technical support/production operations team.
Responsibilities
- Lead Solution Engineering and Customer Support Operations for Ascend platform.
- Define team charters, operating models, and handoffs across Implementations to ensure continuity.
- Own post-go-live support, KTLO, and SLA-driven optimization.
- Partner with Infrastructure and Platform Engineering on environment health and data pipelines.
