Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 8 years of work experience in strategic finance, healthcare finance, underwriting, pricing, financial consulting, or related disciplines
• 5 years of leadership, supervisory, or people management experience
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa or sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and manage a team of Client Financial Strategy Consultants and Principals
• Provide executive-level financial consultation to key client stakeholders
• Oversee development and execution of client financial strategies and forecasting
• Lead financial strategy support for major renewals, RFPs, and retention efforts
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to align financial recommendations with business priorities
• Establish and advance financial consulting methodologies and dashboards
• Oversee complex financial analyses, profitability assessments, and scenario modeling
• Drive workforce planning and operating model improvements
• Other duties as assigned
