Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience; HS diploma from an accredited school or equivalent GED required
• 8 years of work experience in strategic finance, healthcare finance, underwriting, pricing, financial consulting, client financial management, analytics, or related disciplines
• 5 years of leadership, supervisory, or people management experience
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• PhD, CPA/CFA, or related credentials are preferred in the Additional Qualifications section

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and manage a team of Client Financial Strategy Consultants, Senior Consultants, and Principals
• Provide executive-level financial consultation to key client stakeholders
• Oversee development and execution of client financial strategies, forecasting, and value realization initiatives
• Lead financial strategy support for major renewals, RFPs, and high-impact client initiatives
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to align financial recommendations with business priorities
• Establish and advance consulting methodologies, dashboards, and analytical frameworks
• Oversee complex financial analyses, profitability assessments, and scenario modeling
• Drive workforce planning and operating model enhancements to improve client service outcomes
• Other duties as assigned
