Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of work experience in strategic finance, healthcare finance, underwriting, pricing, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of leadership, supervisory, or people management experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and manage a team of Client Financial Strategy Consultants, Senior Consultants, and Principals, establishing priorities and performance expectations.
• Provide executive-level financial consultation to key client stakeholders, serving as a senior escalation point for complex financial issues.
• Oversee development and execution of client financial strategies, forecasting, modeling, and value realization initiatives.
• Lead financial strategy support for renewals, market checks, RFPs, and retention efforts; represent strategy in leadership forums.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to align financial recommendations with business priorities.
• Establish and advance financial consulting methodologies, dashboards, reporting standards, and analytical frameworks.
• Oversee complex financial analyses, profitability assessments, pricing analyses, and scenario modeling.
• Drive workforce planning and operating model enhancements to improve productivity and client service outcomes
