Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and manage a team of Client Financial Strategy Consultants and Principals.
• Provide executive-level financial consultation to key client stakeholders.
• Oversee development of client financial strategies, forecasting, and modeling.
• Support major renewals, market checks, RFPs, and retention efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align financial recommendations.
• Establish scalable consulting methodologies and reporting standards.
• Oversee complex financial analyses, profitability assessments, and pricing analyses.
• Drive organizational effectiveness through workforce planning and process improvement.
