Ladders is seeking a Director, Chronic Practice Liaison – Remote to drive a national field strategy focused on referral growth in chronic therapy services. You will partner with providers, commercial teams, and operations to strengthen referral relationships and accelerate patient starts.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years in healthcare, specialty pharmacy, or related commercial leadership.
- 5+ years leading national or regional field teams.
- Proven track record in driving referral growth and provider engagement.
- Strong financial and operational planning skills.
- Experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Ability to lead in a matrixed healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the national Chronic Practice Liaison strategy.
- Identify and prioritize high-value referral sources and growth opportunities.
- Drive referral volume and revenue growth across chronic therapies.
- Build executive-level relationships with key referral sources.
- Lead initiatives to improve referral acceptance and patient starts.
- Recruit and develop a high-performing CPL team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance provider and patient experiences.
