Option Care Health, Inc. is seeking a Director of Practice Liaison to lead the national Chronic Practice Liaison team, driving referral growth, provider engagement, and patient progression across chronic therapies.

You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, Pharmacy, Nursing, and Analytics to optimize account ownership and accelerate growth. The role requires senior leadership experience in healthcare, strong strategic and financial acumen, and a proven track record in cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of healthcare, specialty pharmacy, infusion, biotech, pharmaceutical, or provider-facing commercial leadership experience.
• 5+ years leading national or regional field teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the national Chronic Practice Liaison strategy aligned with enterprise growth objectives.
• Identify high-value referral sources, strategic accounts, and growth opportunities.
• Drive referral volume, patient starts, revenue, and gross profit growth across chronic therapies.
• Lead initiatives to improve referral acceptance, conversion rates, and patient starts.
• Partner with Intake, Patient Liaisons, Pharmacy Operations, and Revenue Cycle teams to reduce friction in the patient journey.
