Job summary

Option Care Health is seeking a Director, Practice Liaison (CPL) to lead the nationwide Chronic Practice Liaison organization, driving referral growth, provider engagement, patient progression, and strategic account development across chronic therapies.

You will align commercial strategy with Sales, Operations, Intake, Pharmacy, Nursing, Market Access, and Clinical teams to maximize growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Required Bachelor's Degree; Master's Degree preferred.
• 10+ years in healthcare, specialty pharmacy, infusion, biotech, or provider-facing commercial leadership.
• 5+ years leading national or regional field teams.
• Proven success driving referral growth and provider engagement.
• Strong financial, operational and business planning skills.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed healthcare environment.
• Preferred experience in specialty pharmacy, home infusion, ambulatory infusion centers or buy-and-bill.
• Familiarity with chronic therapies such as IG, neurology, rheumatology, gastroenterology, rare and orphan therapies.
• Knowledge of reimbursement, payer access and prior authorizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial strategy and growth for chronic therapies nationwide.
• Engage providers and strategic accounts at executive level.
• Drive referral conversion and patient progression initiatives.
• Collaborate across Operations, Clinical Services, Pharmacy, Nursing and Finance.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and regular business reviews for leadership.
