Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Director, Clinical Systems to lead the strategy, development and delivery of clinical system roadmaps that support R&D priorities and business objectives. You will partner with technology and functional stakeholders to align capabilities and drive adoption.

Remote role based in the United States. This position requires ensuring inspection readiness, delivering measurable value from system investments, and staying aligned with vendor and innovation trends.

Qualifications

5-7 years of experience in clinical systems management or a related field.
Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
Proven ability to manage budgets and forecast expenses.
Experience in stakeholder relationship management.
Familiarity with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and inspection readiness.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with functional and cross-functional stakeholders.
Collaborate with R&D and technology teams for roadmap development.
Lead the development and delivery of clinical system roadmaps.
