Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years in healthcare, specialty pharmacy, or related commercial leadership.
• 5+ years leading national or regional field teams.
• Proven track record in driving referral growth and provider engagement.
• Strong financial and operational planning skills.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to lead in a matrixed healthcare environment.

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Chronic Practice Liaison - Remote to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will lead a national field strategy focused on building referral growth within chronic therapy services. The director will partner closely with providers, internal commercial teams, and operational leaders to strengthen referral relationships, improve patient starts, and support revenue growth.

The position requires strong leadership in a matrixed environment, with responsibility for developing a high-performing team and driving cross-functional execution across the business.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $126,506 – $210,858 annually
