Job summary

Danaher in Minneapolis is seeking a Director of Learning and Growth to own end-to-end lifecycle of career pathing and talent marketplace capabilities, partnering across HR, technology, and talent teams to connect career pathways, skills intelligence, learning resources, mentoring, gigs, projects, and open roles into a cohesive associate growth experience.

Applying a product management mindset, the Director will own strategy, research, implementation, change management, adoption, and measurement

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience using talent, workforce, or organizational data.
Experience in talent management, career development, internal mobility, learning and growth, HR tech.
Experience designing or scaling career pathing and talent marketplace solutions.
Experience applying product management practices including user research and roadmapping.
Experience developing adoption and governance for enterprise talent solutions.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end lifecycle of career pathing, talent marketplace, and related capabilities.
Partner with HR, technology, and business teams to create scalable, data-informed solutions.
Drive adoption, change management, and governance to sustain use of talent solutions.
Apply product management disciplines to roadmap, UX, governance, and measurement.
Collaborate enterprise-wide to build a community around career development and learning.
