Job summary

Danaher is seeking a Director of Learning and Growth to own the end-to-end lifecycle of career pathing and talent marketplace capabilities. You will work with HR, business, technology, and talent teams to connect pathways, skills intelligence, learning resources, mentoring, gigs, and open roles into a cohesive growth experience.

You will drive product management practices, adoption, and change management to enable scalable career development across a global, remote-enabled organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years in talent, workforce, or organizational data to inform decisions and adoption.
• Experience in talent management, career development, internal mobility, learning and growth, HR tech, or related HR disciplines in a global, matrixed org.
• Experience designing or scaling career pathing, talent marketplace, skills-based development, internal mobility, or workforce capability solutions.
• Experience applying product management practices: user research, roadmaps, prioritization, adoption planning, stakeholder feedback, continuous improvement.
• Experience developing adoption, change management, and governance approaches for enterprise talent solutions.

Responsibilities

• Advance enterprise career mobility strategies helping associates see paths and growth options.
• Lead strategy, roadmap, and adoption of talent marketplace capabilities linking projects, gigs, mentoring, roles, and developmental experiences.
• Integrate skills intelligence, learning, career pathways, and opportunity matching for skills-based development and internal mobility.
• Apply product management disciplines to roadmap development, governance, UX, adoption, measurement, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate across the enterprise to build a community of practice around career development and learning.
