You will own end-to-end product lifecycle from strategy to measurement, advancing skills-based development and internal mobility at scale.

This remote role reports to the Sr. Director of Associate Learning and Growth and partners across global teams to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of talent data experience.
• Extensive experience in talent management and internal mobility in a global, matrixed org.
• Experience designing or scaling career pathing and talent marketplace solutions.
• Experience applying product management practices including user research and roadmaps.
• Experience developing adoption and governance for enterprise talent solutions.

Responsibilities

• Advance enterprise career mobility strategies and growth options for associates.
• Lead strategy, roadmap, and adoption of talent marketplace capabilities.
• Integrate skills intelligence, learning, and opportunity matching for internal mobility.
• Apply product management disciplines to roadmap, governance, adoption, and measurement.
• Collaborate across the enterprise to build a community around career development and learning.
