Job summary

You will own end-to-end lifecycle of career-pathing, learning resources, and internal mobility capabilities, partnering with HR, technology, and talent teams to design scalable, data-informed solutions that connect career pathways, skills intelligence, and open roles.

The role reports to the Sr. Director, Associate Learning and Growth within the Talent team and is fully remote.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of data-driven talent experience.
• Experience in talent management, career development, internal mobility, learning and growth, HR tech, or related HR disciplines.
• Experience designing or scaling career pathing, talent marketplace, skills-based development, or workforce capability solutions.
• Experience applying product management practices including user research, roadmap development, prioritization, adoption planning, stakeholder feedback, and continuous improvement.
• Experience developing adoption, change management, and governance for enterprise talent solutions.

Responsibilities

• Advance enterprise career mobility strategies enabling visibility of growth options for associates.
• Lead strategy, roadmap, and adoption of talent marketplace capabilities connecting projects, gigs, mentoring, roles, and experiences.
• Integrate skills intelligence, learning, career pathways, and opportunity matching for skills-based development.
• Apply product management disciplines to roadmap, governance, UX, adoption, measurement, and improvement.
• Collaborate across the enterprise to build a community of practice around career development and learning.
