Job summary

Leading Educators in the United States seeks a Director, AI Learning Experience & Innovation to design and deliver AI accelerators for education leaders. You will orchestrate cohort-based learning, coordinate coaches and technical mentors, and translate strategic priorities into practical, engaging programs that adapt to partner needs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in learning design, adult education, instructional design, or equivalent with ownership of design and delivery of a program.
• Hands-on experience building with AI tools and ability to articulate the process to others.
• Experience designing and facilitating learning for cohorts of adults.
• Ability to translate ambiguous strategy into concrete, well-sequenced learning experiences and delivery plans.
• Proven success managing the operational execution of a program, coordinating a team of contributors.
• Credibility working with senior leaders through consultancy or design lab in education or social impact.
• Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to create from scratch and move work forward.
• Ability to pivot quickly when direction changes without losing momentum.
• Self-aware approach to adapting work style to new situations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end session design and the learning journey for AI Accelerators cohorts.
• Direct the delivery team of coaches and technical mentors to ensure quality delivery.
• Resolve ambiguity independently and exercise sound judgment with leadership on scope, resources, and partner commitments.
• Collaborate with senior leaders across education and social-impact to align learning experiences with strategic priorities.
