Leading Educators is seeking a Director, AI Learning Experience & Innovation to architect and deliver AI accelerators that empower organizational leaders to translate challenges into AI-enabled solutions. You will design the full learner journey and lead coaches, mentors, and partners across education and social impact sectors.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Innovation, you will shape learning experiences for senior leaders, manage external relationships, and iterate programs based on

Qualificações

• 8+ years of professional experience in learning design, adult education, instructional design, or an equivalent field.
• Hands-on experience building with AI tools and ability to articulate that process.
• Experience designing and facilitating learning for cohorts of adults.
• Ability to translate ambiguous or still-forming strategy into concrete, well-sequenced learning experiences and delivery plans

Responsabilidades

• Design and deliver AI Accelerators learning experiences.
• Architect full cohort learning journeys from design to delivery.
• Lead a cross-functional team of coaches and mentors.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable learning plans.
• Manage external-facing client relationships with senior leaders.
• Iterate programs based on participant feedback and implementation insights
