Qualifications

• 15+ years in learning strategy, curriculum and content delivery, with ed-tech fluency.
• Proven leadership of managers in a multi-layer org.
• Experience with AI-powered learning, and learning tech partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and vision for learning capability— curricula, content, programs, learner experience.
• Lead 30+ FTEs and 50+ contractors across multiple teams, driving scale.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to translate readiness needs into priorities.
• Drive transformation of expert workforce to oversee AI-assisted work.
• Ground learning design in customer outcomes and measurable proficiency.
• Design content development ops and integrate with performance-focused training.
