Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a senior professional to lead end-to-end design, development, and delivery of AI-focused learning experiences for adult learners. You will translate strategic priorities into practical programs, helping participants identify challenges, build AI-enabled solutions, and refine them through user feedback.

You will design AI Accelerators and cohort-based programs, develop structured learning journeys, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality execution.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in adult learning design and program delivery.
• Hands-on experience building with AI tools and explaining the process.
• Experience designing cohort-based learning programs for adults.
• Ability to translate evolving strategies into deliverable learning experiences.
• Proven track record managing operational execution of programs.
• Experience working with senior leaders in organizations serving education or social impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, development, and delivery of AI-focused learning experiences.
• Design and facilitate AI Accelerators and cohort-based programs for teams and leaders.
• Develop structured learning journeys, session plans, and delivery strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams for high-quality execution.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders across education and social-impact groups.
• Translate strategic priorities into clear delivery plans and adjust scope as needed.
• Manage partner relationships and proactively address challenges.
• Collect feedback and evidence to evaluate and continuously improve learning experiences.
• Document successful approaches and develop repeatable methods for scalability.
• Exercise independent judgment while collaborating on scope and resources.
• Contribute to new learning models by testing ideas and prototyping.
