Job summary

You will own the design process from discovery through delivery, coordinating with sales, product, and client teams. The role emphasizes practical, outcome-driven learning experiences, hands-on labs, and assessments, leveraging modern AI tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in instructional design or learning experience design.
• Proven ability to design high-quality enterprise learning experiences.
• Strong knowledge of Bloom’s taxonomy, ADDIE, and adult learning principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of enterprise learning programs including AI-enabled content.
• Create slides, labs, simulations, assessments, and facilitator guides.
• Collaborate with SMEs, instructors, product teams, and clients to shape learning solutions.
• Define measurable outcomes and ensure transfer to workplace.
