Job summary

Generation seeks a Director of Curriculum & Instruction to lead Affiliate & Partner Support across 17 countries, guiding senior stakeholders and driving strategic instructional initiatives. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality learning at scale and advancing AI-enabled strategies.

You will manage a global team of C&I Leads, collaborate with senior leaders, and oversee program implementation and learning improvement across the network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of instructional design experience including multi-week programs.
• 5+ years leading high-performing teams and managing senior stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and curriculum development.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for learning quality and program implementation across 17 countries.
• Directly manage a remote global team of C&I Leads and coaches.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to align C&I initiatives with organizational priorities.
• Drive AI-enabled instructional strategy and scale across affiliates.
• Monitor and improve instructional outcomes using data and feedback.
