Job summary

Celestica is seeking a Director of Growth Enablement to empower the sales and account teams to excel from initial contact to close. The role unites tools, processes, and reporting across ATS and CCS segments to drive profitable revenue growth and align with strategic business objectives.

You will lead strategy, content creation, and playbooks, while coordinating with Sales, Marcom, and Finance to ensure consistent messaging and adoption of scalable enablement programs.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of related experience in growth enablement, revenue operations, or sales training.
• Proven success improving onboarding, ramp, and knowledge sharing.
• Strong writing, documentation, and content management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Growth Enablement strategy and planning to meet market segment targets.
• Support segment-specific account plans and engagement strategies.
• Develop enablement plans with goals, KPIs, initiatives, and timelines.
• Define and track enablement KPIs and collect feedback from sales teams.
