Job summary

This role sells to local customers in person and over the phone, while growing the book through community involvement and outbound prospecting.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience.
• P&C licensing preferred or must attain licensure within 90 days of joining the company.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through new business, cross-sell, and retention.
• Build and maintain a pipeline with local leads and referrals.
• Develop relationships within the community (dealerships, events, local partners) for growth.
• Conduct outbound prospecting and follow-ups to convert opportunities into sales.
• Partner with leadership to support sales and local marketing initiatives.
• Stay informed on products, underwriting guidelines, and market competition.
• Deliver results aligned with performance standards, compliance requirements, and customer experience.
