You will sell to local customers in person and by phone, expanding the pipeline through community involvement and outside marketing efforts. Role focuses on meeting sales goals, developing partnerships, and staying current on products and guidelines, while delivering high-quality customer experiences

Qualifications

• 0– 2 years of experience.
• P&C licensing preferred or licensure must be attained within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through new business, cross-sell, and retention.
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline with local leads.
• Develop relationships in the community to support growth.
• Conduct outbound prospecting and follow-ups to convert opportunities.
