Job summary

Direct Auto Insurance Company is seeking a Direct Sales Agent Specialist to drive growth by generating new business, cross-selling existing customers, and building lasting relationships. You will sell locally in person and over the phone, expanding through community involvement and outside marketing efforts.

Responsibilities include maintaining a robust pipeline, prospecting, and collaborating with leadership on sales and marketing initiatives, while staying current on products and underwriting

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience required.
• P&C licensing preferred or must attain licensure within 90 days of joining the company.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through new business, cross-sell, and retention.
• Build and maintain a pipeline with local lead generation and referrals.
• Develop relationships within the community to support growth (dealerships, events, local partners).
• Conduct outbound prospecting and follow-ups to convert opportunities into sales.
