You will work with local partners and customers in person and over the phone to deliver tailored insurance solutions. The role emphasizes prospecting, relationship building, and staying up to date on products and underwriting guidelines.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in sales or insurance related roles.
• P&C licensing (Preferred) or must attain required licensure within 90 days of joining.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through new business, cross-sell, and retention.
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline with local lead generation.
• Develop relationships within the community to support growth.
• Conduct outbound prospecting and follow-ups to convert opportunities.
• Partner with leadership to support sales and local marketing initiatives.
