Job summary

Allstate’s National General division is seeking a Direct Sales Agent Specialist to drive growth by generating new business, cross-selling, and building lasting relationships in the local market. The role involves both in-person and phone interactions and a focus on community engagement to support business expansion.

You will develop relationships with dealerships and partners, manage a consistent pipeline, and prospect actively to convert opportunities into sales while aligning with performance

Qualifications

• 0– 2years of experience.
• P&C licensing (Preferred) or must attain required licensure within 90 days of joining the company.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through new business, cross-sell, and retention.
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline, including local lead generation and referrals.
• Develop relationships within the community to support business growth.
• Conduct outbound prospecting and follow-ups to convert opportunities into sales.
• Partner with leadership to support sales and local marketing initiatives.
