Job summary

Xplor Education is seeking an Account Executive to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This fully remote, commission-based role offers activation bonuses, monthly commissions, and long-term residuals.

You will target local businesses, educate owners, and close deals with guidance and training provided. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of B2B outside sales, experience in merchant services, and a hunter mindset.

Qualifications

2+ years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred)
Merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus
Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate payment concepts into business value
Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Self-sourcing leads via prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality
Align with core values and be a good human

Responsibilities

Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions
Educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions
Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals
Work independently with full support and training
