Job summary

Allstate Insurance Company is seeking a DC Sales Associate Manager to drive sales growth through direct people leadership and coaching of frontline sales employees. You will set production goals, guide training, and ensure policies are followed while maximizing customer outcomes.

You will lead coaching plans, participate in hiring decisions, and collaborate across teams to share best practices and achieve strategic sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in sales (preferred).
• Experience supervising and developing teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with Education/Training and ensures completion of required training programs and curricula.
• Identifies training needs and develops formal coaching plans.
• Interviews applicants, assesses sales production skills and tenure potential.
• Engages with team members to share best practices and complete development tools.
• Coaches employees on performance and attitude; enforces performance policies.
• Develops strategies to reach sales goals and manages KPIs related to sales, quality, and expenses.
• Assists frontline employees to navigate direct workflow to maximize output and assign responsibilities.
