Job summary

You will train and develop staff, interview candidates, implement best practices, monitor KPIs, and communicate promotions and incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or preferred.
• 5+ years of experience preferred.
• This job has supervisory duties.
• Equivalency allowed in lieu of education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with Education/Training to ensure completion of required training programs.
• Identifies training needs and develops coaching plans to meet identified needs.
• Interviews applicants, assesses sales production skills and tenure potential.
• Engages with team to share best practices and implement development tools.
• Counsels employees on performance and attitude, applying performance policies.
• Develops and executes complex strategies to reach pre-determined sales goals and manage KPIs.
• Assists frontline employees by directing workflow to maximize production output.
• Creates motivating work environments through coaching, empowerment, and diversity appreciation.
• Communicates Allstate messaging on objectives, promotions, incentives, and compensation.
