This remote-first role collaborates with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to implement AI-enabled features and optimize outcomes for partners, with strong emphasis on transformation and rapid execution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of consulting, digital transformation, or project-based work in healthcare or health tech.
• Experience implementing or managing healthcare or SaaS platforms.
• Exposure to AI solutions, digital workflow automation, or system interoperability is a strong plus.
• Comfortable with Excel (advanced), Tableau, HubSpot, JIRA; API integrations a plus.
• Thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and quickly learns technical topics.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end project management for onboarding HME Providers to Parachute Platform.
• Coordinate with provider leaders to drive growth of digital ordering across the marketplace.
• Delegate tasks to Implementation Associate and oversee timelines.
• Implement product features and optimize activation strategies with internal partners.
• Develop insights to guide partnerships with data-driven analysis.
