Job summary
WebPT Inc is seeking a Manager of Digital Delivery to lead a blended onshore/offshore implementation team and own the strategy, architecture, and execution of a scalable implementation model for a high-volume healthcare SaaS platform. You will drive process, quality, and timely delivery while partnering across Product, Support, Customer Success, Sales, and Engineering.
You will leverage AI and automation to streamline workflows, reduce friction, and ensure customers see value from day one.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in healthcare technology implementation or delivery.
- Experience building scalable processes and operating models.
- Experience leading onshore and offshore teams.
- Hands-on with AI to automate processes.
- Healthcare SaaS background preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own the Digital Delivery Model from intake through go-live.
- Deliver high-volume implementations with quality.
- Define quality standards and success metrics.
- Lead a blended onshore/offshore team across time zones.
- Collaborate with Product, Support, Customer Success, Sales, and Engineering.
