Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for onboarding HME providers to Parachute Platform.
- Coordinate with provider leaders to drive rapid digital ordering adoption.
- Oversee Implementation Associates and ensure on-time delivery.
- Implement product features and optimize activation strategies.
- Develop, interpret, and present actionable insights from data.
- Identify and execute onboarding and transformation process improvements.
- Consult with customers to support new product launches.
- Lead partner demos and training sessions.
- Guide API integrations and interoperability with supplier systems.
