Job summary

Parachute Health is a fast-growing wellness tech company transforming post-acute care by powering a nationwide network of clinicians with a digital ordering platform for home medical equipment and supplies.

You will work with your product team, stakeholders, and customers to build our product across a large, nationwide network. Your impact will be measured by improved clinician ordering, better patient outcomes, and scalable growth of the platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical, scientific, or quantitative field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with EHR integrations or healthcare data standards HL7 and FHIR.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites/conferences (1-2 trips per quarter).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup with undefined processes.

Responsibilities

• Align your balanced product team on a clear strategy and prioritize work to maximize user outcomes, customer satisfaction and business growth.
• Build artifacts that help unify the organization (roadmaps, product briefs, etc.).
• Define and measure success metrics.
• Define methods for customer feedback loops.
• Partner with Customer Success, Implementation and Marketing to reduce onboarding and ordering friction and use usage data to improve the ordering flow.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to bring products to market.
• Coordinate across the organization, customers, and partners to articulate and execute product decisions.
