Parachute Health is a digital ordering platform for post-acute medical equipment and supplies. It connects health systems, health plans, and suppliers to help patients receive the products they need at home.

The Senior Product Manager sits on the Clinical Strategy team and owns the Provider Experience product area, partnering with clinicians, product teams, and customers to shape and build the product and improve patient care.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of product management experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to align diverse stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset using data to drive decisions and impact.
• Ability to prioritize in a complex healthcare environment with empathy.
• Proven track record driving software products forward, incl. in startup settings.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and conferences (1–2 trips/quarter); located in the United States.
• Nice to have: healthcare background; HL7/FHIR knowledge; startup experience.

Aufgaben

• Partner with partners to conduct customer research and plan roadmaps.
• Define release slices for the clinician experience to optimize time to value.
• Measure success metrics and align with business goals.
• Align team on strategy and prioritize ongoing work for outcomes.
• Build roadmaps and briefs to unify the organization.
• Support build and launch, managing milestones and deliverables.
• Define feedback loops and success metrics.
• Drive adoption across health systems, coordinating with CS, Implementation, and Marketing.
