Job summary

ADP is hiring a Digital Sales Associate to sell payroll, tax, HR, and benefits to new and existing clients using cutting-edge digital tools. You will partner with CFOs, HR, and payroll admins across companies from Fortune 100 to small businesses, building a strong book of business with guidance and support from industry-leading training.

Daily goals around dials, talk time, and appointments set will guide you, while autonomy and a flexible schedule help maintain work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn new tools and technology quickly.
• Proactive outreach and strong time-management skills.
• Willingness to continuously learn and improve.
• Two+ years sales experience or completion of a sales internship; military experience acceptable.
• College degree is not required.

Responsibilities

• Grow the business by closing sales and reaching targets.
